Pre-Dry-Wall inspections: 50% of the regular full home inspection fee
New construction inspection fee: same as regular home inspection fee, less

Condos ranging from: $150.00 (ie.one bedroom & without
crawlspace/atticspace)
Homes older than 20 years, add: $50.00
Homes older than 50 years, add: $75.00
Homes older than 100 years, add: $100.00
Swimming pool & pump add: $55.00 (ie. with full Home Inspection)
